中山駅から無料シャトルバスが1時間に1本、片道15分で出ているため、便利に活用できますね。
サウナ以外にも温泉も充実しているので、サウナと温泉で日常の疲れを一気にフッ飛ばしてしまいましょう！
料金は平日大人880円から、そして土日祝日は980円で入場できますよ。
サウナは3種類あり「メディサウナ」と「バズーカロウリュウサウナ」「アロマ香るソルトサウナ」になります。
オススメはこちらの東日本初の「バズーカロウリュウサウナ」です。
ロウリュウは昨今のサウナブームの火付け役となったフィンランド式の入浴法で、ストーブの上で温められた石に水をかけて、湯気や蒸気を発生させることで湿度、体感温度があがり、発汗を促進させます。
1時間に2回室内にあるバズーカから熱波を浴びることができ、ロウリュウの醍醐味を味わえること間違いなし。
サクッと整いたい！中山駅前にあるサウナを紹介
駅前にはサウナ単体の施設はありませんでした。
しかしスポーツジムに完備しているサウナ、サウナと同じ効果がある「ひのき酵素風呂」を最後に紹介しますね。

いわゆるサウナ施設はありませんが、サウナと同等の効果がある「ひのき酵素風呂」です。
これはヒノキのおがくずをベースに各種薬草が配合され、砂風呂のように全身を温めてくれます。
サウナとは違った爽快感を味わえること間違いなし！
こちらは中山駅北口から3分の場所にあるので、興味のある方は是非お試しあれ。
